We want you to love everything you wear from Purposeful Clothing.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.

1. Our Promise

We believe in thoughtful fashion and happy customers.
If your order doesn’t fit, arrive as expected, or you simply change your mind — we’ll help you find the right solution.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are included

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@purposefulclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you simple instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund or exchange.

Tip: To make returns smoother, please keep your original packaging if possible.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • Shipping costs are usually non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!
We’ll happily exchange items of equal value (while supplies last).
If the new item costs more, we’ll send a quick payment link for the difference.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry if something arrives damaged or incorrect — that’s on us.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll replace or refund it right away.

7. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to a change of mind or the wrong size, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error, we’ll cover the cost.

8. Sustainability Note

We encourage mindful shopping — choosing only what you truly love helps reduce waste.
Every return adds extra shipping and packaging, so we appreciate your care and consideration. 🌿
